The last time I talked to a Nellis PAO which was the end of November she told me that at that time they had no plans for any further Capstones due to budget constraints. But that being said she wasn't forthcoming with info about Red Flags either. I believe that the last so called Capstone in 05 was flown under a different name. Lonewolf may be able recall what it was. If you watch the Notams for Creech, KINS (Indian Springs)it will pop up there about a week in advance.
