Yes, of course you are right. The old southern taxiway is now Runway 12/30. The markers can be seen on newer satellite images.

Not sure if Rwy 12 is long enough for manned aircraft, but certainly for UAV. Radio communications between the UAV's pilot on the ground and the tower or ATC sound very much like communication with a manned plane, so the posted transcript may well be of a UAV.
