I'm sorry but what I mean by mode S. Is not meaning they don't show up on radar when changing to mode S. They just don't show up on civilian radar. They change to a military mode. And when they come back the change back to mode C in civilian airspace. This is why you see on some flight tracking sites. There flights are never complete. Becasue they change there transponder mode. To a mode that the tracking sites don't have the ability to track. And there tracking ability on these websites are only civilian radar modes or mode.
So with that I'm told this is what FIDOE is. It's this change from civilian mode to military mode. And military mode back to civialian mode. So they don't really disappear. They only disappear from us becasue what we see on these taracking sites is only data from civilian mode opearations and we can't see these other military modes.
