The NTS has Wackenhut guards, both ground and with helicopter. If you scan their trunk system, it's obvious certain areas have sensors since the protocol is to annouce your presence at the gate before crossing into the territory. [There are signs that indicate what authority to contact before entering. You can see one near the YMP.] Regarding infiltrating the NTS, I suspect most of the range would not be a problem to cross, but anything of value would be alarmed.
