I believe that was the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. I wouldn't expect to see anything secret there, as the last I checked there was a test pilot school there and alot of Flight Testing for the Navy is done there. There's actually a bunch of military facilites in the area, though, so I'm just going on memory based on the last time I saw that show.
