I've had fly overs in two locations, one being the hills directly north of North Base, where a CV22 went over me. The other was at the far east border maybe two miles south of Kramer junction, where they set up a photo op (F22 or JSF, I forget). As luck would have it, my camera was on a telescope and I missed the shot.

There is probably a route along route 58, as I have seen testing done there a few times. Just conventional aircraft (as far as I could tell) with a chase plane.
