Why adopt the V-22 Osprey that costs, what 3 times as much as a Blackhawk (not to mention requires more training to fly, and has been plaged with mechanical problems)? When we have the Blackhawk and UH-1?

It sure as hell would cost a great deal even to adopt a V-22 for every 10 or 20 Blackhawk/Seahawks. So I say stick with what you have. After all the Blackhawk is a wonderful aircraft (and so is the V-22), but the Osprey simply costs too much at the moment. Once production speeds up it should be more affordable, and if a country adopts the V-22 (even partially) even better.
