Then, again, why would they post such sensitive equipment next to a rec area? It doesn't make any sense. There are surely many more places on the base that are more isolated and easier to secure. Chris M.
Groom workers give up a lot for the opportunity to work there - it seems like it's in the Air Force's best interest to keep them happy, and taking away access to a rec facility that is literally "an oasis in the desert" is pretty harsh.
