3 feet refers to the height of the entire poster, including the white background. The individual bands of the panorama are 10 inches high. The picture in my post is 1020 (w) x 530 (h) pixel. If the actual height is 35 inches, the width is 35 inches * 1020 / 530 = 67.4 inches.
