Actually, as the kids say, it was Hank's bad. However, he is forgiven since it is a bit of work just to dig up those notams. ;-) If I had a vote, we would all live on UTC (Universal Coordinated Time for those who accuse me of speaking Klingon.) One of the most annoying time screw ups is when there are events at Edwards listed in the press on Eastern time, such as shuttle landings. I'm sure this makes sense to government employees, but not to me.
