In terms of fast jets, there's nothing but F-16s at Cannon these days, Mike. The F-111s are long gone (1997 I think).

If you believe Steve Douglass, there is also the Northrop 'Switchblade' bomber there too, although I remain unconvinced.

If you can divert further to Holloman, there are F-117s, and German F-4s and Tornados there!
