Out of several facilities that I have read about, both here, and several other sites, does anyone think that there may be other facilities of different functions in the areas and ranges between Nellis, TTR,Area-51, and the Tikaboo areas?

I also heard from someone about some facility in the northeastern corner of California....anyone heard of it? I was told that person's Uncle was riding a small ATV in the hills and accidentally came across it, where he too was shot at, and also harassed by choppers.
