Cool software. I have a Uniden BC796D so I use Trunkstar on the laptop. It's got a GREAT recording feature that saves the frequency info, time, (and alpha characters of the channel if programmed into the scanner), along with the audio. It also will name the files in numerical order, or with a date and time stamp as the file name.

The problem is that the Uniden tape out is actually a cruel lie. They are notoriuos for not working. You can tap the audio out, but then you have to worry about volume to prevent over modulation....
