The problem with seizing Tikaboo is also one of political importance. There is a growing movement in Nevada to get the federal ownership of lands out of the state. Another seizurre could generate another Sagebrush rebellion. this isn't a good thing for Harry Reid who already has low popularity numbers. clcik on the link to read about the rebellion
