I noticed the new taxiway is under construction in the Google photos. Maybe that helps date it. Looking at the runway markings, it seems the taxiway from the hangers to the south end of the old long runway is marked as runway 12/30. Also, the old long runway is once again 14R/32L although the north threshold is displaced roughly 5000 feet. (One of the yellow X's which is in the active portion has been painted over in black.) The new runway, as before, is 14L/32R. I'm curious to see if the new taxiway has runway markings. Probably would take a very recent sat photo to see that.
