Anything going on on Papoose Lake?

In his 1999 report about reveille peak, Mr. Eberle seems very enthusiastic about being able to see both Groom and Papoose lakes at the same time. Is there anything really going on on Papoose lake?

Other than the S-4 guys test-driving their UFOs, of course, ;-)
