In case you have not seen it, we have quite a few articles on that subject in our Area 51 Info section. Scroll down to the "Area 51 Security" section, and "Surveiilance Devices and Markers". The attached link points to an article on our server about the cammos, that has some more info on the security layers, responsibilities etc. I hope this helps.
