Setting up for truckstop.net wifi at the truck stop near the LV speedway, a Nellis wifi popped up in the site survey. [Or someone claiming to be Nellis.] It shows up as NELLISPOMX. LVMPD (Las Vegas Metro Police Department) also shows up in the site survey. This link indicates that Nellis uses a wifi link for plane maintenance:
