Well since you read TNR, you should of known about Powell and My Lai, right? I let my subscription end and changed over to The Nation instead. My Lai had it's fall guy, and that was that. The turkey shoots didn't happen for just one incident. I recall the events going on for a few days. [That was a pretty quick war you know.] Either Powell approved of the shoots, or is incompetent. Take your pick. Maybe he should of bought a short-wave radio and listened to the BBC. ;-) Remember, the USA won the war (OK, it was a pretty lame victory with Sadam still in charge). Of course Powell won't be put on trial. It's just another sleazy event associated with Powell that got swept under the rug.
