I suspect the EWD to TKM route via NID is flow often, but not under IFR, so I don't get to see the flight information. However, monitoring the shuttle is certainly likely. When you are on Tikaboo, you can see the red warning lights on the radar at the right side of the base go on with just your naked eye. [Once you see the change, it is easy to verify with binocs.] I've seen this happen enough without any aircraft landing that I figure the base must be snooping on something out there not related directly to Groom, but what....
