You will have to do some research to get the route, but this will get you 90% there:

BUR, PMD, HEC, and PHX are easy to find on line at airnav.com under navaids. VNY7 is the Van Nuys Seven departure.

J6 I assume is a jet route, which may be on the LA sectional, which I'd have to dig up.
