The DET 3 SP JOB KNOWLEDGE handbook was one of the most important things posted by Glenn Cambell in the early 1990s. It was for Groom Lake historians/afficiaonados as the Rosetta Stone was to archaeologists. It helped make sense of a lot of disparate data.

The document was not classified (FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY is not a classification level). During the environmental lawsuit, the Air Force tried to classify it, but it was already on the Internet.

Because it was written in 1988, some of the information is now obsolete. It still contains a great deal of useful data, however.
