These were the airplanes I saw in the late 1980.

N4508W (nose # 208) 737-247 Ex-Western Airlines
N4510W (nose # 210) 737-247 Ex-Western
N4515W (nose # 215) 737-247 Ex-Western
N4529W (nose # 290) 737-275 Ex C-FPWB
N7380F (nose # 292) 737-214 Ex N378PS
N7383F (nose # 293) 737-222 Ex N9037U

On N4508W, N4515W, N4529W, and N7383F, the white paint ended at the centeline of the nose.

On N7380F, the whie paint ended at the centerline of the wing, but tapered upward at the aft end to the centerline of the red stripe.

On N4510W the white paint ended lower forward of the wing (as on N7380F), but higher behind the wing (as on the other four airplanes).

Prior to March 1988, N7383F had a nose cone that was white on the top half, light-gray on the bottom half, and had a black tip.

The nose number was painted below the pitot probes.
