On this website I've seen a bunch of really good pictures taken with very long telephoto lenses from nearby hills and it made me wonder: why didn't anybody ever try to take pictures of Area 51 from the air? Just go up in a small, light aircraft or in a glider, or just attach a remotely movable camera onto a balloon near Groom Lake Road and rise just high enough to clear the hills. Don't cross INTO Area 51, just go high enough to get a peek. Maybe there are flight restrictions for even such low altitude flights around the Nellis AFB range? (Since I can't believe I would be the first one to think of this...) LaLa
