The link werD gave will give you the time and you can get the location at Heavens Above web site. See the link. You have to register but can then enter your viewing location co-ords. That doesn't make much difference for the comet but it does if you check out the pass times for man-made satellites, including the Space Station. All in all, a very handy and accurate site.

The comet, right now, is in the constellation Virgo.
