That article appears to be a shorter version of the NY Times piece. Most of those rendition planes stop at FAY, so you are in the hotbed of CIA activity. The plane that landed in Vegas made a round trip flight from BWI. I notified George Knapp, but I doubt he will be able to shake out any information from the CIA. There was one documented case where the CIA used a real air charter rather than a front corporation. It was in a piece done by the Chicago Times that doesn't appear on the net any more. I think the jet was owned by some sport franchise owner.
