Yes, as in most airports the runways are referred to by their orientation (in 10 degrees, 32=320degrees) and position (L=left, R=right).
For planes landing from the south the new runway is 32R, from the north 14L. The old runway is 32L/14R. Recently I have heard the new runway being referred to only as Rwy 14 in radio transmissions, which would indicate that the old runway has been completely abandonned.
