Thank you Bill and CJ! It was great meeting many of our readers and supporters, and to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Area 51 with you all. We could not have asked for a better group of people! Thank you all for coming, and for your support. I hope you all had as much fun as we did. Special thanks to Norio for providing the right atmosphere with his music, to Pete Merlin for his awesome Area 51 History display and for sharing his expertise with us, to Bill Whiffen for helping with the organization and for offering his unique woodworking art and to Kim for keeping me from going insane while preparing the event. And a big thank you to all who helped us with setting up the tents, the signs, the stage etc. You all helped make this a great and memorable event. For those who could not be there: We had a crowd of about 60 visitors over two days, great BBQ, camp fire, live music and more fun than should be allowed. Thank you all, you were great! Joerg
Minor distractions like the flying porta-potty incident and the stuck 18-wheeler only brought out the best in the group. We will have a trip report soon, and lots of photos.
