well 1.) I think national security comes first in this day and age and 2.) a bunch of ufologists and "black helocopter" types are not likely to limit pork barrel spending by the dimwits we elect to congress, if you are concerned about government waste - vote OUT your Congressman and don't require the next one to keep bringing Federal projects back to your state. That will do a better job of limiting government waste than trying to spy on secret military research installations or worrying where Roswell evidence is hidden. Thanks for the responses but my question is still not answered.
