The Russian DM has got to be either Ivanovo or Engels. Ivanovo has derelict An-12/22/24/26/74 and Il-76,
while Engels has Tu-134UBL/Tu-134Sh and numbers
of Antonov's.

But of course, many bases in Russia could be classed as "mini-DMs" - owing to the huge number of stored aircraft at these fields!
