Yeah I've wondered about how the government and stuff would react, but I can't see them admitting to the existance of A51 so they can claim 20% of the game profit or something!
Anyway I remember there being an arcade game from ages ago called Area 51 and that was quite famous in its day, and it doesn't seem they went mad about that.
