Brent, trust your elders on this one. Those are indeed common, everyday, large storage tanks. Well, actually, only the one on the right is. I currently holds 27,318 gallons(US) of element 115 in liquid form.
The structure on the left is a 48 foot diameter tinfoil hat, which I think is about the minimum size required to cover, (and protect, for their own good, of course) the recent tsunami of posters to this forum who would be doing themselves a significant service if they would only pause for a moment, and THINK before hitting that "post" button.
