You may recall about seven months ago Bush was making some pretty stupid remarks about the military and Willian Cohen asked him to wait until he "got the briefing". Once it looks like you are a credible candicate, you get a CIA/DOD briefing, which in the case of Bush occured at his ranch. I bet you get to know the black projects, but nobody who ever got the briefing ever said what they told you. You may even get to know if there are aliens at Area 19. Incidentally, William Cohen is one of the Republicans that Clinton put in his cabinet.
