We've all seen the Independence Day movie, but I am wondering, can the President of the United States visit the base? I wonder if he were on the way to California to help Ahhnolld raise some campaign funds, can he just decide to do a surprise inspection of Groom Lake? Or just plain stop by and see it just because he can?
