Has anyone climbed Mt. Stirling to get a look at Papoose Lake? I tried it last fall but didn't get to the summit. I wasn't sure if I actually saw it or if it was just Frenchman or Yucca Dry Lake (I could see Mercury). I used Tom Mahood's guide, but was in a bit of a hurry so I ended up losing the trail and winging it. I'm going to try again this Spring. Thanks.
