Yes, that's more likely. The KC-10, AF version of the Douglas DC-10, is the other tri-jet with that configuration. The most noticeable difference is mounting of the tail engine. On the DC-10/KC-10 it's all in the vertical stabilizer. On the L-1011 it's at an angle in the body with the intake above the fuselage and the exhaust in the center rear.
