Those co-ordinates are a little broad. But maybe you're looking at Andies Mine at N37.56237 W115.74321. It is, or was, accessible with high clearance and 4WD. (So I've been told; never been there.) Depends on what the monsoons did to the road. And it's close to the restricted border so watch where you're going. terraserver.microsoft.com or www.topozone.com should show you some details.
