The target area containing the landing strip is not by Area 19.

The Nellis ranges have targets meant to look like the real thing unless you get close enough. Thus it's no big deal to blade the desert and make it look like a landing strip.

Area 19 and Area 20 were used for very high yield tests. They are as far away from Vegas as you can get and still be on DOE land.

Area 19 is on the terraserver and there doesn't appear to be anything significant there. Of course, the USGS could be in on the conspiracy. ;-) There are some peak in the Kawich range that might have a view of Arew 19, but facing south doesn't make snooping all that easy, so I don't believe there are photographs done by outsiders of the area.

If anything, attention should be paid to Pahute Mesa. Lockheed has 12 FCC licensed frequencies for whatever operation they are doing there.
