Moreover, AEC does not now have jurisdiction over the Groom land. Nor does executive order now have anything to do with the withdrawal of the land. USAF gained control of the land via the Military Lands Withdrawal Act of 1999.
And, whether or not the mere unwashed taxpayer is legally permitted to set foot on the land, the land remains public land controlled by the government, purportedly for the benefit of the public. Details, Dogg.
