Assuming the U2's in the next flag come from Beale, they will probably only use the Oakland frequencies. However, here is a list of the ultrahigh altitude frequencies. The radio horizon of a u2 at 60kft is 340 miles. In practice, I've only heard them about 100 miles away since UHF signals tend to be a bit weak. Be sure to have your squelch set properly, i.e. just above the point where it kicks in.
