Generally airnav.com has most of the frequencies. [Go there and enter DIA for the airport.] The en route frequencies you need to get off of FAA sectionals, though the approach and departure maps for the airport have many of these frequencies.

For military frequencies, you need to search documents found in the FLIP. I just download the documents and use the search in the acrobat reader. Certain bases like Edwards has a great deal of the flight manual on line.

The FLIP will go away in October unless the current administration sees the stupidity of their actions. Download what you can before then.
