'Ghost' Transports

Hi all

If this is not the correct place to ask this question then i appologise in advance, but we're all quiet a/c people here and you never know who can help, anyway

I'm getting asked alot of questions regarding these dodgy 'Ghost' flights and their legallity,
that put aside, I have tracked down the reg numbers (eg. N379P) of a few who are linked to YELLOWSTONE AVIATION (CIA / Evergreen anyone?)
now these a/c change their reg's as often as you change your clothes
anyone else heard of this stuff ?
anyone got a list of CIA avation fronts and their reg's
it's interesting that 'quiet' flights never get mentioned even when they pose a real risk
i.e. last year an Evergreen flight from IRAQ to the US via Germany had to make an emergency landing at Heathrow
it had fuel contamination problems after the Germany refueling stop !!!(what?) and did a 'feather fall' or 'scything' descent to make the field (which is bloody rare) rumour of a 7000' at 10mile final and a 1500' at 4 miles are not uncommon
now if this had not landed it would have gone down into central london
who was onboard ? CIA returning home

any ideas ??
