Get your facts straight. The reason we have these so called "Factories of Death" is to counter any agents created in other nations. Think about it, lets say Iran releases anthrax or something somewhere in the U.S., without research on bio weapons we would not have the slightest clue how to stop it. That isn't just for anthrax, that is for any chemical or biological weapon. What is the government supposed to do, sit there and watch these morons buy or sell these agents without us having some form of deterrent? Without research there is no vaccinne, no cure. Don't always believe what some organization claims the government is doing, without hard conclusive evidence if they can't back that claim up.
