I was under the impression that a bunch of them walked into the NTS in the early 80's, somewhere near Papoose Lake. I remember reading that they ran out near the lake bed, and that one of the protesters allegedly saw a F-117 prototype flying by. I think I read an article about it on Glen Campbells site, and there used to be a small article about it on the Greenpeace site years ago. They were supposed to be protesting the nuclear testing being done in the NTS.
I would think that they probably did walk out there, I don't know about seeing the F-117 prototype. I used to live near where Greenpeace would dock one of their ships in Fla, and I'm familuar with their tactics. Now that I think about it, I am very surprised that they haven't done anything since then. Marching right through the GLR gates is exactly the type of thing that they would do.
