I have received three of the charts in the last year and in each case the fees were waived. The last request took 5+ weeks. They acknowledged receiving the FOI request on December 10th and processed it on Jan. 19th. The agency handling the request is now called the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). It was formerly known as the National Imaging and Mapping Agency (NIMA).The Bethesda, MD. address remains the same. The chart is now called the Nellis Test and Training Range Chart and the reference number is NTTR01.
