As far as I know, Alice Springs is just Pine Gap. It is a NSA site, though you can't rule out the CIA being there.

San Nicholas Island (NSI), Pt. Mugu (NDT), and Edwards north base (9L2) have regular Janet flights. The flight plans to North Base indicate Edwards (EDW) as the final destination, but I got up at "oh dark thirty" once and parked on the other side of 58 and watched a Janet Beech land at North Base. The TTR (TNX) is certainly up to something, but what is a good question.
