For those of you intersted in early stealth photos, in the march issue of Popular Communications magazine (in my Utility Communications Digest column) are published for the first time anywhere a photo of the Lockhee'd's entry in the B-2 stealth bomber design competion of the 1980s.

The Lockheed entry was developed under the "Senior Peg" program based on the Echo One (Hopeless Diamond) angular -faceted stealth-RCS reduction codec) and resembles the Skunkworks earlier F-117 and have Blue prototypes design philosophy, except it bore a large twin V-tail located on a boom aft of the trangular flying-wing .

Due to publishing restrictions I can't post the photo on this site (for 30 days or until the next issue comes out) but will so as soon as Popp Comm relinquishes exclusive rights.
