All right. I did my best, but cannot find inthe web. I saw a small pic in the Poplar Mechanics I was reading earlier today. Since I can't qute direct, I'm not giong guess by who. But. Picture this. it's similar to a V-22, but a tad larger, and has the addition of a gyrocopter rotor in addition to the tiltrotors. I imagine it would kick up a mightty dust storm at Groom. {thereby almost making this on-topic} R*

this would seem to adress the autorotation agenda quite nicely.
It's funtion, among other things, was the proper performance of at-sea replenishment.
