It wouldnt work because their radar would definitly pick it up, and if it didnt, im sure because it moves so slow, they'd see it. It would probably have to travel 20 to 25 miles to get to where it could get some good shots of the base, and that would be a long way to go without being seen. And, once they saw it, they could shoot it down easily because it would be moving so slow. You should try it though, if your willing to take on the risks.
