Yes, it is quite common to see USN/USMC aircraft parked near the SIGNATURE terminal at McCarran. This is especially true on weekends. NASA also used LAS for fuel stops for their T-38s.

During Red Flags transport type aircraft use LAS for overflow parking. These are aircraft are typically supporting and not flying in the exercise.
